I agree disaster relief is probably better served by a diesel generator than an AWE turbine in a container. This could change if AWE matures, but disaster relief will (i dont think) not be the market to make AWE mature. That is, unless you could sell that story to an investor.
That being said, I dont recall many people putting a lot of emphasis on disaster relief lately. I think the long term search for lowest LCOE, enabling more sites to be used for renewable power production and getting power in lower wind conditions might be some more realistic and useful goals.
