I would like to flag these for moderation. Even if they are on Researchgate, these documents seem to only contain ramblings and take a scrapbook kind of appearance. I can’t see any professional value in these.

Tension Leg Buoys as a concept looks interesting and would be on topic for a topic on floating offshore wind.

The document to me however looks to me to be a long list of claims or conclusions without them being supported in the document by either inline citations, own work, or reasoning. So it needs work. Nothing wrong and even good to do brainstorming, but supporting your work is important too.

Note the image on the penultimate page, which appears to be taken from a SkySails illustration but without mentioning it, with the following text: TBL favored for AWE, which suggests the choice of this technology by “AWE”, but without specifying the sources.
