I had made a comparison with the figures given at the time. I noticed that the power was related to the mass. Either you have a very light wind turbine with a large diameter delivering its nominal power at a relatively low wind speed, or you have a smaller wind turbine but delivering nominal power from stronger winds: in both cases, the mass is approximately the same.
