Omnidea ballon is also a yoyo system. It is well explained on the video with a generation phase (reel-out phase) and a recovery phase (reel-in phase). During recovery phase the motor is stopped, so as the rotation, leading to a lesser force facilitating the reel-in phase.
About Magenn project it can be said that it is dead, but can it be said that the other AWE projects will be long alive?
