No. Would call such a section “publications”.
When they are new, they should go into “news”.
Otherwise they can always be called upon, when there are specific issues to discuss or one has some comment. They’d go in the respective Engineering or Analysis section then.
A forum is not well suited to collect an index of publications. If one would like to make an attempt nontheless, I’d recommend opening a wiki.
