Using an aerostat or a kite as a lifter of a regular wind turbine, by juxtaposing proven technologies?

A 5 kW wind turbine example:

I do not know the weight of such a wind turbine, but a kite would not likely be sufficient and reliable enough, above all when the wind speed becomes low.

So an additional aerostatic component would be required, leading to a kytoon (which is not stable enough), or a Magnus effect-based balloon.

A lot of helium or hydrogen and/or high kite area to lift 215 kg of a slightly larger wind turbine, for a rather low power after all.
