I might be repeating myself here, but: Why do you use rings for Daisy rather than n-sided “polygons” with straight edges. Ie straight rods connected by ferrules? One would think that should keep the shape better, as a ring is already bent and thus will be prone to further bending with force, while a straight rod will not bend as easily when subjected to force (until it buckles). If that is the case, the purpose can be different. @tallakt do you mean a n-gon shaped power rotor instead of a torus?

A network kite turbine using multiple units of the Bruno high pressure kite as blades makes a lot of sense for handling and scaling

It looks to be a rotor which can be similar to a Daisy rotor but where the blades are high pressure kites, is not it?
