The Pyramid

Correlates the lines and ring sizes correctly with Ollies description

The blades are 1m long, so their internal radius is 1.22m (30cm inside of the ring, 70cm outside)

We don’t have test data for 12m/s. 1.6kW has been the peak for a single ring 3 blade system at around 11m/s, but peak doesn’t mean a lot.

The cleanest data gathered was probably our 6 blade mast mount test 16 May 2020 https://1drv.ms/x/s!Aq4qz-8IyiCMgc5tvpcxrY1bW_GwMg?e=8x9cdD but wasn’t very windy.
Alignment and stability wondered a lot in most of the flying tests

The other issue for getting clean data is avoiding feedback wobbling the stack. There is an amount of regen you want, but it’s tricky to get right. And it changes dynamically with the condition of the turbine.
We didn’t have the correct data going into regen control to keep it running smooth. A simple way to think of the issue is, the more regen you put on, the less straight lines are, the more unstable the system can be. + a bunch of other dynamics
