I see someone rejected this post. I guess I’ll approve it.
@Windy_Skies Windy we don’t need to tolerate abuse of this forum
You changed the title of this topic 19 hours ago, adding the word “mostly”:

Questions and complaints about moderation + unlisted, unmoderated, free discussion
Questions and complaints about moderation + unlisted, mostly unmoderated, free discussion
Unmoderated is a not a vague term, being a precise term: it means “no moderation”, unlike “mostly unmoderated”. So you changed the meaning of the title of the current topic several days AFTER Doug’s post on “…unmoderated, free discussion”, more than one day AFTER your post quoting Doug’s post and announcing the reset of his trust level, and also some hours AFTER my first reply.
So you have changed the rules of the current topic by modifying its title, AFTER quoting the concerned post, in addition to having referred to a removed public message that did not contain the cited “idiots, idiots, idiots.”
I quite agree, but to another direction. Changing the title of the current topic to practically exclude someone from the forum is an abuse we don’t need to tolerate. We don’t change the rules of a game during the game. Otherwise, those who use words like “rubbish” might also be concerned.
You’ve got a point.
Rod rejected a comment and makes the good point that we don’t need to tolerate abuse. Also often I will be not the first moderator to see new comments. That person can decide for themselves what to do with them. Also better not to speak in absolutes. So I added the “mostly”.
Neither do we.

This looks to potentially be very useful information.
Thanks for bringing it to the forum.
However please note this forum thread is unlisted publicly and is contentiously “unmoderated”
Moderation is an essential part of this forum.
The contentious nature of this thread may well lead us (big fancy pants - full of ourselves - only self serving) moderators to remove this thread.
Please repost and make the information usefully available to the globally visible section of the forum.
This Forum Thread should be public. The Complaints in AWE Community are serious, and Moderators are not resolving them. Its a disservice to readers for Moderators to sweep their dirt under the rug.
This Forum Thread is the most heavily moderated. Every time I delete my post above, some unknown person or software setting puts it back. Posting-Delay hours keep varying, when there should be no delay.
Moderators do not follow Discourse Guidelines. No way an anonymous sock-puppet (Windy) ever earned TL4 status, wielded destructively without conscience.
